Blackhawk Telecom is familiar with the process of properly quoting and invoicing the work we do. Our team tracks the entire process — from the initial quotes for the site, to the last and final. Quotes are submitted with closeout documentation and invoices, to ensure a smooth and organized process from beginning to end.
Blackhawk Telecom is also familiar with the closeout process. Closeouts are completed very efficiently and in a timely matter after receiving all necessary documentation per the “work”. The site closeout documentation is usually completed and uploaded within twenty-four (24) business hours of receiving the closeout documentation from the field. Blackhawk Telecom has experience with closeout documentation for RRU Installs, Azimuth Down tilts, Rx-Ait Installs, Site Surveys, and many more.
